Shawn Y. Grinnen has an impressive track record as a litigation attorney in the firm’s Bloomfield Hills office. His expertise and experience combined with a well-developed business acumen allows him to quickly understand a client’s business and legal matters from their perspective. Mr. Grinnen’s practice focuses on business and transactional law, commercial litigation, real property, miscellaneous errors and omissions, office/director liability, and construction litigation. He has worked with a wide diversity of clients including real estate developers, builders, contractors, and many small to medium size businesses throughout Michigan on a wide array of issues including contract disputes, commercial lease disputes, business torts, fraudulent conveyances, shareholder/member/partner disputes, and class-action defense.
John J. Browder practices in the firm’s Phoenix office. Licensed to practice in Arizona and Idaho, Mr. Browder’s practice focuses on professional liability claims, commercial litigation, real estate law, employment litigation disputes, and governmental liability. He specializes in architect and design professional malpractice, real estate broker errors and omissions, claims against insurance agents and brokers and commercial litigation. Mr. Browder has significant experience representing professionals before state licensing boards and departments. In the employment context, Mr. Browder has successfully defended wrongful termination and discrimination claims brought in state and federal courts against the State of Idaho or its political subdivisions. Mr. Browder is a former planning and zoning commissioner for Ada County, Idaho.
