The cases Ms. Glazier works on tend to be very complex and require technical as well as legal expertise. She has represented contestants and proponents of estate planning documents, as well as fiduciaries, in significant trust litigation proceedings and parties in complex divorce proceedings and has acted as a testifying or consulting expert in probate and family law cases.

She recently co-authored a book published by the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law entitled “Undue Influence and Vulnerable Adults.” Described as required reading by industry professionals this book addresses both the role and the importance of the attorney when representing a vulnerable adult.
Ms. Glazier has had numerous articles published by some of the legal industry’s leading publications and received a Distinguished Author’s Award from Trusts & Estates Magazine and from Bloomberg Tax as the Estates, Gifts and Trusts Tax Contributor of the Year. Ms. Glazier also acts as an advisor to the Notre Dame Tax Institute, and Trust and Estates Magazine. She has been designated an AEP by the National Association of Estate Planners & Counsels.
