Albert L. Holtz has practiced law for 42 years, having handled a variety of matters for businesses and individuals, receiving dozens of special acknowledgments and awards. His practice concentrates on litigation and commercial matters.
Mr. Holtz holds membership in the Association for Justice and in the American Academy of Mediators. In this regard, he has served as a mediator or arbitrator in over 3,500 civil disputes. His expertise also extends to real estate transactions and licensing. Mr. Holtz enjoys close connections with numerous federal and state government agencies. He has recently concluded a major case involving the United States Food and Drug Administration.
Mr. Holtz has over the course of his practice successfully represented a number of Mid-Eastern clients, including individuals, corporations and governments. In the larger view, his cross border experience has, for instance, encompassed international probate matters, as well as lawsuits between individuals and businesses from various countries (including Jordan, Israel, Russia and Belgium). Those foreign clients have included companies in the aviation, baking, toy, distilling, and distribution industries. As an attorney with an international outlook, Mr. Holtz has practiced law under the auspices of the Hague Convention Rule.
