Christina M. DiMichele is an associate attorney in the firm’s Bloomfield Hills, MI office. Ms. DiMichele’s primary practice concentrates on Domestic and Family Law, Professional Liability, and Business and Commercial Litigation.
Ms. DiMichele advises and represents clients through all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, mediation, trial, and post-judgment matters. Ms. DiMichele is also a monthly contributor to Michigan Family Law Journal, a publication of the State Bar of Michigan Family Law Section.
With a background working as the judicial attorney to retired judge Hon. Lisa M. Neilson, former Family Court Judge in the Third Circuit Court of Michigan, Ms. DiMichele has experience navigating and litigating routine as well as sensitive areas of family law. As a judicial attorney Ms. DiMichele was responsible for administration of the courtroom docket, drafting legal memoranda, preparing written orders and opinions, and for implementation of processes and procedures used throughout the Family Court Division. Her knowledge of the courtroom extends to all areas of her practice.
Ms. DiMichele’s experience also includes law clerk positions at the Detroit Land Bank Authority and at a class action law firm, Liddle & Dubin, P.C.
