Angela T. Nakamura Ochoa specializes in Real Estate law and litigation, and Insurance Defense litigation. Her experience includes the ability to take a case from the initial client meeting through discovery and trial.
Ms. Ochoa’s litigation experience includes all areas of construction defect and real estate, including but not limited to litigating breach of contract cases, defense of mortgage brokers, and defense of real estate brokers.
Ms. Ochoa also has experience with bankruptcy and business immigration. During law school, she served as an extern in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
Her business immigration experience includes the preparation of H1B, L1, E2, EB1/2, and permanent residency applications. Ms. Ochoa is admitted to practice in Nevada and Hawaii (voluntarily inactive).
Community Involvement
Ms. Ochoa enjoys providing pro-bono services:
- Volunteering through the New Lawyers Committee of the Clark County Bar Association.
- Serving as a foreclosure mediation program mediator for the State of Nevada.
- Serving on the Member Benefits Committee of the State Bar of Nevada.
